“Education is what survives when what has been learnt has been forgotten”

Looking back to those days, North-east as a whole was a really underrated and decelerated nation. As a result of which, parents back there, always wished their children to perceive education as their preliminary goal to make the life secure; and let me tell you, education back then was just scoring fancy marks and calligraphing one’s image on the local dailies!! Getting first division was a big deal then. Due to lack of sources, opportunities and options, our periphery was restricted to just dealing with books only! Exploring our own selves was an updated concept.

As of now, circumference of education has become so huge that a student is very less deprived of opportunities and availing those. Today education is not just talking with books but it’s also the process of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs and habits. Alone teaching has branched up towards training, storytelling, discussion, presentation and directed researches.

Coming to the medical sector of our Nation, it just not contains Doctors but it also encompasses a huge mass of Paramedics. This is a department which has levelled up itself to be called as the backbone of human physiology. Finding every disease’s cause gets a major contribution of Paramedics undoubtedly.

Being an English teacher, I would limit myself to the communicative English Department. Though TIPS is primely a Paramedical college, English makes its own way everywhere. Hence, TIPS has also spaced a separate and dedicated digital set up for English language and communication. Students surrounded by heavy subjects often forget to prioritise English as well, as we all know the importance of English language and proper communication skills because unless and until, you are able to deliver and share your knowledge, it is of no use!

With over 10 years of experience in TIPS, my journey with the Institute has been amazing. The never ending support of the Management team and the co-operation among all of us is fabulous.

“In learning you will teach and

In Teaching you will learn”…
