Associate Professor, TIPSTIPS have a high mileage in my academic career. After finishing my M.Sc., Ph.D. in Physiology from Calcutta University, I was attached to TIPS since its inception in the year 2009. Since then I have started my teaching profession here. It was a different environment, and the situation was also different because we started from 0 levels just like a new plantation. Lots of ups and downs we faced here in TIPS, but it’s our team effort and also faith of our administration that brings the new plantation to this enormous tree. Now, the roots of TIPS have been impregnated under the dept. Huge branches came out, fruits all enjoying. The hard work the caging our team started; we are still following this. Now I am an Associate Professor in the subject of Physiology. With the journey of learning, teaching, and overall growth of the institute, I have received the responsibility from my institute to shape the future of our beloved students. They are being exposed to the professional fields and are also holding the emblem of TIPS. TIPS has shown me the way to face lots of new challenges and to work as a team with all our colleagues and members of the administration, which is essential for the overall development of an institute. TIPS always welcomes new ideas, a new way of learning and teaching. It feels me proud when our students grab their dream job in different renowned hospitals of India and abroad as well. This is the institute that teaches how to meet the mission to the vison of life.
