The level of respect and trust that the administration has in their faculties is unique and special. I feel loved, supported and cheered on and from the moment I signed here. While I have started working in TIPS (10 years before) I felt motivated and empowered to teach. It’s because of TIPS makes educator feel supported and equipped in their efforts to change lives. I feel honoured to work with such professional and positive people, not only the staff but including intellectual students too. Integrity is very important value to me and I feel right at home amongst the staff of TIPS. Everything oozes integrity and excellence, it’s so refreshing.
