India is a hub of medical tourism with lakhs of pupil visiting the country for low-cost medicinal treatment from neighboring countries. The advanced infrastructure, expert doctors, and interactive attendants make our country a favorite healthcare destination for many. To meet this growing demand in the healthcare sector our country is always in need of a skilled paramedical technician along with medicos.

Almost all the diagnostic procedures are carried out by the paramedical staff and they have emerged a vital cog in the wheel of the healthcare delivery system.

Paramedical Science is not just restricted to nursing and hospital administration, the vast field covers dozens of courses in its domain, the prominent among these are Medical Laboratory Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Physiotherapy, Optometry, Pharmacy, Nursing,  Radiography, Radiotherapy, Hospital administration and many more.

Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences started its journey with a mission in 2009 as a PPP model Joint Venture Institute with Government of Tripura and affiliated to Tripura Central University. Our institute puts stress on both quality and quantity supported by our dedicated and team of learned faculty members and guest lecturers. As an institute with a history of more than a decade, we have always tried to deliver the best of education through our well-equipped and technologically sound Laboratories, Technically advanced classrooms with projection facilities, Seminar Halls, Central Library resourced with adequate referral study material, Journals, updated e-books related to the healthcare industry, a modus operandi training and placement cell which organizes seminars, workshops frequently demonstrated by an eminent personality from the healthcare industry.

Our institute is fully geared to meet the challenges and demands of professionals, by gradually reducing the gap between the demand and supply, by continuously producing top-grade skilled paramedical professionals. Our college is gradually carving a niche for itself and it is not comprising the quality in any respected related to the educational development of our academics.

Today we have students from almost 16 states throughout the nation coming here to shape and build their career in Paramedical  Sciences.
